Media reports late Wednesday night identified the house where a photo was taken of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford with shooting victim Anthony Smith.
The photo of Ford wearing a hooded sweatshirt and posing with three young men was given to the Star and Gawker by men selling a video allegedly showing the mayor smoking crack cocaine. Gawker, the Star and the Globe and Mail say the photo shows 15 Windsor Rd. in northern Etobicoke.
According to the Star:
Residents of the house on Windsor Rd. include Mario Basso, 40; Fabio Basso, 45; and Elena Basso, 51. The house is owned by their mother, Lina, who also lives at the home. Their father, a retired bricklayer, passed away in 2009. The family came to Canada in the 1950s and have lived on the street since at least 1972.
